Access the voicemail of another extension

From any of your AgileIP phones or softphones, you can access the voicemail of an extension that is in your account. To proceed, you must have the 4-digit pin code of the extension you want to access.

• Pick up the handset of your IP phone
• Dial 08*[desired extension]. Ex: 08*100 will allow you to access the voicemail of extension 100.
• Dial the 4-digit pin of the desired extension when requested
• You will then be in the extension’s voicemail box to take messages, set up a personalized greeting, etc.
