Call Forwarding

THREE TYPES OF CALL FORWARDING ARE AVAILABLE:

  1. « Always Forward »: All incoming calls are forwarded.
  2. « Busy Forward »: Incoming calls are forwarded if the line is busy.
  3. « No Answer Forward »: Incoming calls are forwarded if there is no answer after a specified time.

To enable call forwarding:

  1. Press « Menu » / « Features » / « Call forward ».
  2. Select the type of forwarding wanted and press « OK ».
  3. Switch the forwarding “On” with the left/right arrows.
  4. In the “Forward to” field, enter the phone number to which you want to forward incoming calls.
  5. For the « No Answer Forward » only: In the « After ring time » field, select with the left/right arrows the desired ringing time before call forwarding.
  6. Ignore the « On Code » and « Off Code » fields.
  7. Press « Save ».
  8. Back on the home screen, you will see an arrow icon indicating that call forwarding is enabled.

To disable call forwarding:

  1. Press « Menu » / « Features » / « Call forward ».
  2. Select the type of forwarding to disable and press « OK ».
  3. Switch the forwarding “Off” with the left/right arrows.
  4. Press « Save ».
