3-way Conference Call – Android

3-way calling is a type of phone call in which three or more people can be on the call simultaneously. To make a 3-way call, one person initiates the call, then calls another participant, and merges both calls.

Step 1:

Initiate a call with the first participant. In this example, we call the extension number 301: dial the extension number and click on the phone icon to initiate a call.

Step 2:

Once the connection is established, you can add a third participant to this conversation. Click on the “Add call” icon.

Step 3:

Dial an extension or the phone number of the person you wish to add to this call and click on the phone icon.

Step 4:

Once you reach a third person (in our example, it is the extension number 515), you can talk to this person while the first participant waits on hold. Click on the “Join” icon to merge both calls and start a 3-way conference call.

Step 5:

During the 3-way conference call, you will see the “split” icon. The split option allows you to remove participants from your conference call.
