Step 1:
Access the softphone settings: click on the three dots on the top right of the screen.
Step 2:
Select “Preferences”.
Step 3:
Select the “Call forwarding” setting.
Step 4:
Enable the call forwarding option.
Step 5:
Provide a phone number to which you want to forward all incoming calls.
