Attended transfer allows you to notify the person you are transferring the call to, prior to completing the transfer (e.g.: “Excuse me Mr. XYZ, I have Mr. ABC on the line for you, can you take the call?”)
Step 1:
Click on “Att. transfer” icon to transfer a call to an extension or a phone number.
Step 2:
Dial an extension number or a phone number and click on the phone icon.
Step 3:
The attended transfer allows you to talk to a person before transferring a call. Once the person is ready for the call transfer, click the “Transfer” icon.
