Please note that this procedure will only work if an interactive greeting is heard when you call your company’s phone number. Otherwise, you’ll only be able to reach the voice mailbox of the extension that receives calls made to your company.
Follow the instructions below to access your voicemails from outside the office:
- Call your office phone number and once you hear the interactive greeting message, dial your extension.
- Once you reach your voicemail greeting message, press the star (*) key before it ends. You will be prompted to enter your PIN.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN code.
You will then have access to your voicemail as if you were using your IP phone.
