Unattended transfer allows you to transfer the call without notifying the person you are transferring to. If the person does not pick up, their voicemail will answer.
Step 1:
Click on the “Blind” transfer icon to transfer a call to another extension without prior notice.
Step 2:
Dial an extension or phone number and click on the phone icon.
