Conference Calling From Your Phone

Conference calling

Note: Once connected to a caller, you will see “Conf” on the LCD screen of the phone.

  1. Press the “Conf” button displayed on the LCD screen of your phone. This will automatically place the other person on hold.
  2. Dial the number or extension of the person you want to conference with, and press the “OK” or Send button. The conference call is not initiated yet. This simply gives you the opportunity to tell the person you are calling that you are about to start the conference call. The caller that you initially had on the line (step 1) is still on hold.
  3. When you are ready, press the “Conf” button on the LCD display screen to connect everyone together.
