Note that this setting will only block phone numbers on your softphone. If you have an associated deskphone, incoming calls from blocked numbers will still ring on the deskphone.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Step 1:<\/h3>\r\n

Access the softphone settings: click on the three dots on the top right of the screen.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Step 2:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select “Preferences”.<\/p>\r\n

In the “Preferences” tab, select the “Do not Disturb” feature.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Click on the “+” button to add the first rule.<\/p>\r\n

Click the “add new” button to add the phone number you want to block.<\/p>\r\n

You can add a phone number from existing contacts or add a phone number manually.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
