Otherwise, you&#8217;ll only be able to reach the voice mailbox of the extension that receives calls made to your company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow the instructions below to access your voicemails from outside the office:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Call your office phone number and once you hear the interactive greeting message, dial your extension.<\/li>\n<li>Once you reach your voicemail greeting message, press the star (*) key before it ends.
