{"id":720,"date":"2023-06-05T20:51:25","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T20:51:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/softphonefaq.wpengine.com\/base-de-connaissances\/our-content-policy\/"},"modified":"2023-06-23T16:46:16","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T16:46:16","slug":"our-content-policy","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/agileip-support.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/call-forwarding\/","title":{"rendered":"Call Forwarding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>THREE TYPES OF CALL FORWARDING ARE AVAILABLE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\u00ab Always Forward \u00bb: All incoming calls are forwarded.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00ab Busy Forward \u00bb: Incoming calls are forwarded if the line is busy.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00ab No Answer Forward \u00bb: Incoming calls are forwarded if there is no answer after a specified time.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To enable call forwarding:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Press \u00ab Menu \u00bb \/ \u00ab Features \u00bb \/ \u00ab Call forward \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the type of forwarding wanted and press \u00ab OK \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<li>Switch the forwarding \u201cOn\u201d with the left\/right arrows.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the \u201cForward to\u201d field, enter the phone number to which you want to forward incoming calls.<\/li>\r\n<li>For the \u00ab No Answer Forward \u00bb only: In the \u00ab After ring time \u00bb field, select with the left\/right arrows the desired ringing time before call forwarding.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ignore the \u00ab On Code \u00bb and \u00ab Off Code \u00bb fields.<\/li>\r\n<li>Press \u00ab Save \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<li>Back on the home screen, you will see an arrow icon indicating that call forwarding is enabled.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To disable call forwarding:<\/h3>\r\n<h3><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Press \u00ab Menu \u00bb \/ \u00ab Features \u00bb \/ \u00ab Call forward \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the type of forwarding to disable and press \u00ab OK \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<li>Switch the forwarding \u201cOff\u201d with the left\/right arrows.<\/li>\r\n<li>Press \u00ab Save \u00bb.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THREE TYPES OF CALL FORWARDING ARE AVAILABLE: \u00ab Always Forward \u00bb: All incoming calls are forwarded. \u00ab Busy Forward \u00bb: Incoming calls are forwarded if the line is busy. \u00ab No Answer Forward \u00bb: Incoming calls are forwarded if there is no answer after a specified time.
