This will automatically place the other person on hold.<\/li>\r\n<li>Dial the number or extension of the person you want to conference with, and press the \u201cOK\u201d or Send button. The conference call is not initiated yet. This simply gives you the opportunity to tell the person you are calling that you are about to start the conference call.
