Access the softphone settings: click on the three dots on the top right of the screen.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select “Preferences”.<\/p>\r\n

In the “Preferences” tab, select the “Do not Disturb” feature.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Click on the “+” button to add the first rule.<\/p>\r\n

Click on the “time” button to set up your availability.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Set up the time.<\/p>\r\n

You can also set up the weekday availability.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Once you set up all desired settings, click “add” icon to save the new rule.<\/p>\r\n

You can delete this rule and create a new one if needed. Select the rule and click on the trash icon.<\/p>\r\n
