The “Do Not Disturb” (DND) feature on the phone is a setting that allows users to silence incoming calls, notifications, and alerts temporarily.<\/p>\r\n

Step 1:<\/h3>\r\n

Access the softphone settings: click on the three dots on the top right of the screen.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Step 2:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select “Preferences.”<\/p>\r\n

Step 3:<\/h3>\r\n

In the “Preferences” tab, select the “Do not Disturb” feature.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Step 4:<\/h3>\r\n

Click on the “+” button to add the first rule.<\/p>\r\n

Step 5:<\/h3>\r\n

Click on the “time” button to set up your availability.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Set up the time and click the “save” button.<\/p>\r\n

Once you set up all desired settings, click the “add” icon to save the new rule.<\/p>\r\n

You have successfully added the new DND rule. The screen will look like this.<\/p>\r\n
