3-way calling is a type of phone call in which three or more people can be on the call simultaneously. To make a 3-way call, one person initiates the call, then calls another participant, and merges both calls.
Step 1:
During your active call, click on “Add call” icon.
Step 2:
Dial a phone number or the extension number of the person you want to add to the current phone call and click on the phone icon.
Step 3:
Once you reach a third person, you can talk to this person while the first participant waits on hold. Click on the “Merge” icon to start a conference call.
Step 4:
During the 3-way conference call, you will see the “split” icon. The split option allows you to remove participants from your call.
