Configuration of DND (Do Not Disturb) – iPhone

The “Do Not Disturb” (DND) feature on the phone is a setting that allows users to silence incoming calls, notifications, and alerts temporarily.

 

Step 1:

Access the softphone settings: click on the three dots on the top right of the screen. 

Step 2:

Select “Preferences.”

Step 3:

In the “Preferences” tab, select the “Do not Disturb” feature. 

Step 4:

Click on the “+” button to add the first rule.

Step 5:

Click on the “time” button to set up your availability. 

Step 6

Set up the time and click the “save” button.

Step 7

Once you set up all desired settings, click the “add” icon to save the new rule.

Step 9

You have successfully added the new DND rule. The screen will look like this.

You can enable and disable the DND feature by accessing the newly created rule. Click the “Enable” button and then click the “Save” button.
