Personal greeting message

Setting your personal greeting message:

1. Press on the voicemail icon on your phone or dial « 8 ».   (click here to read the detailed instructions on accessing voicemail on PC softphone)
2. Enter your password and press « # ».
3. Press « 1 » for greetings and name options.
4. Press « 2 » for greetings option.
5. Press « 2 » to record a new greeting.
6. Press « 1 » to record a personal greeting.
7. Record your message and press « # » when finished.
8. Press « # » to save the new message or « * » to delete and record again.

Replace the default greeting message by your personal greeting message:

1. Press « 1 » for greetings and name options.
2. Press « 2 » for greetings option.]
3. Press « 1 » to select a greeting message.
4. Press « 1 » to select your personal greeting message.
5. Press « # » to confirm the selection, or press « * » to cancel.
